Upon booking confirmation you as our customer, are obliged to pay 30% of total amount of chosen service, within 72 hrs (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included), in order to make this booking valid. Remaining 70% customer is obliged to pay latest 21 days before arrival.

 In case your arrival is within 21 days, it is necessary that you pay whole amount within 24 hrs in order to confirm your booking.

PAYMENT METHODS

By bank order

In case you wish to pay for your reservation by bank order, it is necessary within 72 hours, to fulfill the payment. Customer is obliged right after the payment is done, send to Travelana d.o.o. payment confirmation – by e-mail or fax. Otherwise Travelana d.o.o. is not obliged to maintain customer's booking. Travelana d.o.o. is not responsible for not fulfilling a booking in case that customer doesn't deliver payment confirmation on time (longer than 72 hours – Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not included). All bank costs are client's responsibility. For all bookings wich are not paid for in total, will be considered as not valid.
